Shipping & Delivery

 

Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers, so we completely redesigned our production and fulfillment center to comply with state recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines. Processing times may be delayed. Generally processing times are within 7-14 business days* although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

 

​Unfortunately, we (TrueBlue's RHOyalties) are not responsible for reshipping orders that have been marked delivered. Please be sure to provide an accurate address when placing your order. Ensure that all Suite, Apt, and Unit numbers and respective abbreviations are listed. If the recommendations above are not followed above, the customer assumes full responsibility for not receiving their package. Customer will pay aggain for the items to be reshipped.

There is no expedited shipping outside the 48 states. We do not offer Two Day or Next Day delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Military bases.  We do not ship on holidays such as New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Every purchase is a final sale. Products such as customized items, edible items, and digital content are non-refundable.Exchanges are acceptable for any damaged product. If we made a mistake with your order, such as (we) TrueBlue's RHOyalties sent the wrong size, wrong color, or wrong item.  Additionally, the item was damaged upon receipt (damages include faulty printing and tears/holes in item). Please let us know within 3 days of purchase and we'll correct it.  If you have received any damaged items, you must contact us via email at info@JoyofOriginality.com, within 48 hours of receiving the damaged products.  Please include order number and upload photo of the item you received in the email.
